Three hand-painted illustration cels with backgrounds and hand-drawn line art from Bibi Toys' Super Hero card series. In 1994 and 1995, Taiwanese publisher Bibi Toys released a series of "Super Hero" cards featuring characters from the popular Dragon Ball franchise.

Created by anime and manga artist Akira Toriyama, this lot consists of three hand-painted illustration cels featuring Master Roshi in a baseball outfit staring at Launch in her swimsuit carrying a surfboard, Shenron flying around the Capsule Corp building, and a large cast group shot on acetate sheets; and line art of Master Roshi and Launch rendered in ink on white paper. The illustration cels are taped to hand-painted backgrounds. Two of the cels feature Bird Studio Shueisha, Toei Animation copyright stickers licensed by FUNimation Productions, Inc. This lot exhibits the cels sticking to the backgrounds and minor grime. Dimensions: (each) 8" x 11.75" (20.5 cm x 30 cm)
