Three hand-painted illustration cels with backgrounds and hand-drawn line art from Bibi Toys' Super Hero card series. In 1994 and 1995, Taiwanese publisher Bibi Toys released a series of "Super Hero" cards featuring characters from the popular Dragon Ball franchise.

Created by anime and manga artist Akira Toriyama, these hand-painted cels on acetate feature an image of a young Krillin dueling Master Roshi; a group flying shot with Goku, Krillin, Shin, Gohan, and Vegeta; and Bardock ascending from a crater. The cels are taped to hand-painted backgrounds. Included is hand-rendered line art of Krillin and Roshi dueling. Two cels have a Bird Studio Shueisha, Toei Animation copyright sticker on the bottom right corner, licensed by FUNimation Productions, Inc. This lot exhibits the cels sticking to the backgrounds, mild edge fraying on the backgrounds, and a minor buildup of grime. Dimensions: (each) 8" x 11.75" (20.5 cm x 30 cm)
