Dracula (TV Series 2013)

Resonator Light Bulb Crate

Stock #59482

A resonator light bulb crate from NBC's horror-drama Dracula. This style of bulb crate would have been used to exhibit the wireless electricity during Alexander Grayson's (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) demonstration in the seventh episode of the series that is cut short by the intervention Chief Constable Morrow (Justin Salinger) and his officers.

The crate itself displays a number of period-looking bulbs with faux-gold plated metal screw tops arranged on top of a bed of straw. The crate is made from panels of wood nailed together with small gaps for holding and lifting. The wires connected to the bulbs to light them for the special effect are located under the straw. The piece has been designed to look aged to fit with the era of the show and remains in very good production-used condition and measures 58.5 cm x 40 cm x 33 cm (23" x 15 ¾" x 13").
