A set of spears from NBC’s horror-drama Dracula. These spears and others like them would have been used in the opera performance of “Otello” during the first episode of the series where Alexander Grayson (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) and Lady Jayne Wetherby (Victoria Smurfit) have their first amorous encounter. They would have also been used during the third episode in a flashback sequence where Vlad Tepes (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) is tortured by the Order of the Dragon.
The set consists of three wooden spears with rubber spear heads. The lengths of the spears are stained wood and the spear heads are painted rubber with a decorative finish. Displaying slight wear from use on production such as paint chippings and scratches, the set remains in very good used condition with each spear measuring 201 cm (79”) in length.

This is an original asset used in the production of the NBC television drama Dracula. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store, Carnival and NBCUniversal. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the show.
