A collection of theatre props from NBC’s horror-drama Dracula. These items and others like them would have been used during the scenes that unfold at the theatre in both the first and sixth episodes of the series.
The set consists of one “Otello” opera programme, one “A Doll’s House” programme, three folding fans and two pairs of binoculars. The “Otello” programme is printed on cream paper with a distressed, aged cover to give the piece a vintage look and a plain interior. The “A Doll’s House” programme is made from thick white paper with text printed on all four sides. Each of the fans varies in size and style, one unfolded depicts a bird and flowers on a brown silk background. The second is made from embroidered white fabric with orange painted ribs. The last is made of black and white feathers. Both the functional, zooming binoculars are made of brass-effect metal. The items show signs of wear, but remain in good production-used condition. The largest pair of binoculars measures 11 cm x 5 cm x 8 cm (4 ½” x 2” x 3 ¼”) and the largest fan measures 34 cm x 5 cm x 3 cm (13 ½” x 2” x 1 ¼”) folded.

This is an original asset used in the production of the NBC television drama Dracula. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store, Carnival and NBCUniversal. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the show.
