Lucy's (Colleen Fitzpatrick) Decapitated Head from Wes Craven and Patrick Lussier's 2000 horror film, Dracula 2000. In the film, a group of high-tech art thieves mistakenly resurrect Dracula, who promptly begins to hunt for the daughter of his nemesis, Van Helsing. This decapitated head comes from the film's finale and can be seen when Mary attacks Lucy with a sword.
This realistic looking head is made with a layer of silicone skin over a foam rubber interior , and has been decorated with both a wig and hand-punched hair on the scalp, face, and around the eyes. Lucy's neck has been textured by production to appear gory from her gaping wound, while her face has been redressed with additional wounds for use in a later production.
This item features wear from production use, including a break in the silicone on her nose, and has been redressed with additional gore after use in the film, however it remains in overall good condition.
