Lucy Westerman’s (Vitamin C) vampire head and wig from Patrick Lussier’s 2000 horror film Dracula 2000.
A group of thieves accidently release Count Dracula (Gerard Butler), who travels to modern day New Orleans to find his nemesis’ daughter, Mary Van Helsing (Justine Waddell).

This head was made for the scene in which Lucy, having been turned into a vampire and become one of Dracula’s acolytes, is decapitated by Mary. The head is made of silicone around a solid armature to keep its shape. The eyes and teeth are resin and the whole head has been hand painted to look as detailed and lifelike as possible, including gory neck wound.

The head has some minor wear from production use and age, including a tear on the right ear and around the edge of the neck. The left eyelash is slightly loose. Overall the piece remains in an excellent condition. The display stand seen in the photographs does not come with the piece.
