A script from the production of Nicholas Roeg’s 1973 horror classic Don’t Look Now.

John (Donald Sutherland) and Laura (Julie Christie) are a married couple grieving the recent death of their daughter. They travel to Venice where they encounter two elderly sister, one of whom is psychic and brings a warning from beyond.

Dated October 1972, the script was written by Allan Scott and Chris Bryant and based on a story by novelist Daphne du Maurier. There are 132 unannotated pages, except for a handwritten ‘61’ in the top right corner of the title page, the script comes bound in a purple card cover and is held together with two metal butterfly fasteners.

The script has some wear from production use and age, including some curled pages and creases. There is also some staining on the cover and some scuffing, but considering the age of the piece it is in an excellent condition.
