“Vive la mort ! Vive la guerre ! Vive le sacré mercenaire !”

A picture and dialogue continuity script from the production of John Irvin’s 1980 action drama The Dogs of War. Mercenary James Shannon (Christopher Walken), on a reconnaissance job to the African nation of Zangaro, is tortured and deported. He returns to lead a coup.

Picture and dialogue continuity scripts were used throughout the production by crew when maintaining continuity. The script is 161 pages including a front and back cover and title page, it is dated 1980 and features various continuity information tying dialogue and visuals to music and sound design. The script is bound by a metal fastener and shows dirt and discolouration from age, there is a tear on the cover page and edge wear throughout. It remains in an otherwise very good condition.

Materials: Paper, Ferrous Metals.
