A screen-matched TARDIS door sign from the fourth season of the revived sci-fi television series Doctor Who. The Doctor (David Tennant) used the TARDIS, which was disguised as a police box, to travel through space and time. This sign matches the one seen on screen through its various scuff marks. These are particularly visible in Episode 7, "The Unicorn and the Wasp", in which The Doctor and Donna (Catherine Tate) worked to thwart a giant wasp, who was killing guests at a dinner party.

The sign consists of a metal slate with adhered black lettering, which reads "police telephone" within a blue-painted wooden frame. One side of the frame features hinges, though the purpose of these is unclear. The lettering is beginning to lift in some places. Dimensions: 41.5 cm x 36 cm x 2 cm (16.5" x 14.25" x 0.75")
