Danny Torrance's (Ewan McGregor) lightweight axe from Mike Flanagan's Doctor Sleep. Danny wielded his axe - a reference to the infamous axe his father Jack (Jack Nicholson) once used to break down Danny's mother Wendy's (Shelley Duvall) door in Stanley Kubrick's The Shining - in his climactic final battle with Rosie the Hat (Rebecca Ferguson) at the Overlook Hotel. Lightweight axes were used in the sequence at McGregor's personal request.

This detailed rubber axe is hand-painted, textured, and finished to appear as if its handle is wood and its head is made from gleaming steel. It is intentionally distressed by production to appear aged with nicks in the handle and rust applied to the blade. Dimensions: 43" x 12" x 1.25" (86.5 cm x 30.5 cm x 3.25 cm)
