An SFX guard's head severed by Sieg (Kane Hodder) from the 2017 horror film Death House. Produced to include a number of well-known horror actors, the film follows a pair of agents are escorted through a secret prison known as "Death House," where inmates are tortured though virtual simulations.

In the film, two officers loosen Sieg's cuffs while the power is out, and that's when he takes the opportunity to kill and behead them. The head is made out of foam urethane that features brown hair adhered to the top of the head, soft rubber teeth and eyeless sockets. Urethane innards are sculpted to hang statically beneath the head. The head is distressed with stage blood, but the piece remains in good overall condition.
