Depicting a giant praying mantis climbing the Washington Monument in Washington, DC, this example is in excellent condition with only minor edge and fold wear. This unrestored piece looks fantastic and will satisfy even the most picky collector of classic sci-fi movie art.

"The Deadly Mantis" is a horror sci-fi film produced by William Alland and directed by Nathan Juran, starring Craig Stevens, William Hopper, Alix Talton, and Pat Conway. Juran's first sci-fi feature, it features a 200-foot hydraulic mantis, smaller models, and real praying mantises, including scenes of the monster climbing the Washington Monument.
