This lot of two items includes the film's one sheet poster, which is folded with a light additional fold and is in excellent condition, displaying only pinholes and intermittent, light border creases. Also included is the film's pressbook, which consists of twelve pages and features great photographic illustrations on every page. This example is complete and uncut with a horizontal crease across the center and is complete without any cuts or markings on it, displaying only light separation on the bottom of the spine and an area of scuffing on the front cover.

"The Deadly Mantis" is a horror sci-fi film produced by William Alland and directed by Nathan Juran, starring Craig Stevens, William Hopper, Alix Talton, and Pat Conway. Juran's first sci-fi feature, it features a 200-foot hydraulic mantis, smaller models, and real praying mantises, including scenes of the monster climbing the Washington Monument.
