A Welton Honor newspaper headlined "Welton Welcomes New Teacher" with a Welton Academy Opening Services program and a yearbook from the production of Peter Weir's Dead Poets Society. The Welton Honor newspaper announced John Keating's (Robin Williams) controversial hiring at the all-boys Welton Academy prep school. While created by production, it ultimately did not make it into the final cut of the film.

This eight-page Welton Honor newspaper features two articles about Keating printed on the cover alongside his headshot in black ink. The interior pages are filled with unrelated filler text. Also included is a paper program book titled "Welton Academy 1859 - 1959" and a paper yearbook titled "Ridgeway Vikings Ridgeway High School" with a cartoon Viking helmet. Components of this lot were displayed at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Las Vegas Room 1777, Room 2611, and Room 2129. The newspaper exhibits horizontal and vertical fold lines, as well as light discoloration from age. The program and yearbook exhibit minor discoloration and some edge wear.
