Three concept artworks hand-painted by renowned production illustrator David Negron, Jr. for the production of Peter Weir's Dead Poets Society. Inspired by their new English teacher (Robin Williams), a group of young prep school students snuck off campus to read poetry after reestablishing the Dead Poets Society.

This set originated from Negron's DJN Studios. Negron also created influential storyboards and production illustrations for such classics as National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Anaconda, and Three Kings, as well as the Mission Impossible, National Treasure, and Lethal Weapon franchises.

The lot consists of three artworks of the Dead Poets Society boys in the woods titled "Greenery and Creek," "Fallen Tree," and "At The Gate." The first two are rendered in acrylic, ink, and pen on paper while the third is rendered in chalk on paper. The papers exhibit minor folding to their corners and edges. Dimensions: (largest) 20" x 14" (51 cm x 35.5 cm)
