A cabin victim's head from the 2009 horror film Daybreakers. In the year 2019, a plague has turned the majority of the population into vampires, and the declining blood supply has lead to the search for a cure. The victim's head is seen when Ed (Ethan Hawke), Cormac (Willem Dafoe) and Audrey (Claudia Karvan) approach the cabin of other human survivors only to find them all dead.
Made of silicone, the head has acrylic eyes and has hand-punched hair lined on the scalp, mouth and shoulders. The head rests on a foam-lined base and features faint 'bite' marks on the left shoulder and open wounds along the face and neck. Finished in flesh tones, the head has a fixed screaming expression.
The piece shows minimal signs of wear from production, but remains in overall great condition.
