This is one of the hero bandaged head appliances worn by Peyton Westlake / Darkman (Liam Neeson) in the Sam Raimi 1990 action thriller, Darkman. After spending all of his time manically perfecting the synthetic skins, Peyton Westlake (Neeson) cracks under the pressure! This is the fabric mask used during those scenes as Darkman destroys his research lair with a broken water pipe. The mask is made out of a combination of spandex material covered in distressed bandages. The mask also features Velcro and zipper closures, as well as 4 small safety pins, located along the bottom of the bandages, still left from production use. Due to production use and storage this item displays some light wear and fabric warping but overall this item remains in very good condition.
