A screen-matched hero "Chucky" Good Guy doll from Don Mancini's horror sequel Cult of Chucky. Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif) possessed the body of a Good Guy doll to go on a murderous rampage through a psychiatric hospital and expand his cult. This doll's print pattern and facial imperfections screen-match it to several scenes during the early part of the film.

Created by effects studio Alterian Inc., this doll features a vinyl head and hands; hand-painted eyelashes and freckles; a glued-on red synthetic wig; blue urethane eyes; and a Polyfilla-filled cloth body. It is dressed in custom-made clothing, including a colourfully striped long-sleeved knit top; a pair of dungarees featuring a toy print pattern; a pair of red socks; and a pair of red-and-white vinyl shoes. Both the front pocket on the dungarees and the shoelaces display the doll's brand name, "Good Guys". This doll exhibits some matting of the synthetic hair and imperfections from the production process. Dimensions: 77 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm (30" x 13" x 8")
