Serge Leveque (Tcheky Karyo)’s Spacesuit from Jon Amiel’s 2003 sci-fi action film, The Core. In the movie, the only way to save Earth from catastrophe is to drill down to the core and set it spinning again. Spacesuits like this were worn by the team while traveling to the center of the Earth.

This spacesuit comes complete with bodysuit, gloves, oxygen backpack, shoes with spats, helmet, and helmet collar. The outer layer of the suit is covered in a reflective silver fabric, and has metallic green accents. The suit is wired with connection points to secure it to the backpack, which originally allowed the helmet of the suit to illuminate. The oxygen backpack opens to reveal several electronic components to provide power for the illumination. The gloves are listed as size Large, and have “Leveque – Double” written inside. The boots are size U.S. 11, manufactured by Oakley, and include custom covers to match the suit as well as spats. The helmet is formed from heavy plastic and has the same metallic fabric detailing that matches the suit. The top of the helmet is wired to light up, however the lights have been removed. The collar of the helmet is labeled “Zimsky Double.”

This item features some wear from production use, including cracking and deteriorating of the fabric due to the nature of the materials used in conjunction with their age, but remains in overall fair condition.
