The Cat (Keith David), Sweet Ghost Girl (Aankha Neal), and cocoa beetle box test maquettes from the production of Henry Selick's Coraline. Despite the warnings of The Cat, Coraline Jones (Dakota Fanning) ventured into the Other World, where she discovered that her Other Mother (Teri Hatcher) was an entity known as the Beldam who ate wriggling cocoa beetles and imprisoned the souls of ghost children.

This set was created by LAIKA for production tests on the final character puppets. It consists of one full-body The Cat maquette; one loose The Cat maquette head; three headless The Cat maquette bodies in various sitting positions; a full-body Sweet Ghost Girl maquette; and a box with nine cocoa beetle maquettes. All are 3D-printed in resin and painted in various shades of gray with additional lines hand-drawn in green marker by production on a light gray The Cat body. The set exhibits several loose components and breakages, including to feet, fingers, and antennae, as well as paint flaking and scratching throughout from production. Dimensions: (largest) 12.5" x 5" x 9.25" (31.75 cm x 12.75 cm x 23.5 cm)
