A set of 12 production design copies from John Milius’ 1982 action adventure film Conan the Barbarian.

Conan (Arnold Schwarzenegger) becomes a slave after his parents are killed and tribe destroyed by a savage warlord and sorcerer, Thulsa Doom (James Earl Jones). He becomes a fearless, invincible fighter and once set free, he plots revenge against Thulsa Doom.

Designs were made and used throughout the production to use as references for props, costumes and sets. Copies were printed to be shared around to different production departments. The set consists of 12 prints featuring the Atlantean Sword, Thulsa Doom’s staff, building concepts, a Valeria (Sandahl Bergman) concept and shield designs. The prints show minor wear from production use this small tears, creases and light discolouration from age. The set remains in an otherwise very good condition.
