A hand-painted Ralph McQuarrie boat pulled into a ship production illustration from Ron Howard's Cocoon. A group of elderly trespassers swam in a pool containing alien cocoons, and suddenly found themselves feeling younger.

Created by film conceptual artist Ralph McQuarrie, this image of a boat being beamed by an alien ship is rendered in mixed media on an illustration board. The illustration is signed "R.McQ./84" along the space ship's edge. This painting exhibits discolouration around the edges and minor tape residue on the backing. Dimensions: 40.75 cm x 25.5 cm x 0.75 cm (16" x 10" x 0.25)
