An alien creature costume from Steven Spielberg's sci-fi film Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Small alien creatures revealed themselves to humanity during the film's climax at Devil's Tower. The costume, and others like it, were made so petite that 50 six-year-old girls had to wear them to play the aliens.

The costume features a slip-on latex mask and a one-piece Spandex bodysuit. The mask features an open nose and mouth to assist the child performer's breathing and has been painted shades of gray and green to enhance the alien-like appearance. The eyes have blue irises and have been glossed over for effect, with holes placed in the pupil to accommodate vision. Foam padding lines the mask's interior to ease comfort for the wearer, while the bodysuit has a zipper closure at the rear. The costume is mounted on a custom-made display.

The mask exhibits splitting from the neck to the lower lip and exhibits general deterioration in the form of cracks at its base.
