Four Devil's Tower VFX storyboards hand-drawn by George Jenson for Steven Spielberg's sci-fi film Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Claude Lacombe (Francois Truffaut) awaited the Mothership as Roy Neary (Richard Dreyfuss) and Jillian Guiler (Melinda Dillon) scaled Devil's Tower.

Created by Jenson to coordinate which VFX were needed in the landing sequence, this set consists of four storyboards numbered "66," "67," "Effect 68," and "Effect 70." Each is annotated and rendered in ink and watercolors on serrated drawing paper. The set exhibits torn corners and pinholes. Dimensions: 11.75" x 9" (30 cm x 23 cm)
