A hand-painted Matthew Yuricich Mothership Top finale landing matte painting from Steven Spielberg's sci-fi classic Close Encounters of the Third Kind. This matte painting was used when the alien mothership touched down at the military base on Devil's Tower.

This painting features acrylic paints on masonite with a black wash for live-action photography overlap and is labeled "R5-10+45", "R6-32+68" and "H=6 V=6." It features the names of the crew hidden in the top panels, including Douglas Trumbull, Larry Albright, Richard Yuricich, and Stephen Spielberg. It exhibits minor chipping around the edges. Dimensions: 80.25" x 38" x 0.25" (204 cm x 96.5 cm x 0.5 cm)
