A hand-painted large size production illustration concept art from Steven Spielberg's Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Roy Neary (Richard Dretfuss) experienced visions of the alien mothership's landing site at Devil's Tower, and after travelling there, he ultimately left Earth with its inhabitants.

This lot consists of a hand-painted concept art piece, possibly created by production illustrator George Jensen, featuring Roy entering the spaceship with the aliens behind him rendered in mixed media on illustration board. The board comes in blue matting. Dimensions: 66 cm x 46 cm x 0.75 cm (26" x 18.25" x 0.25")
