A sword used in the production of the 2010 reboot of Clash of the Titans. Zeus (Liam Neeson), king of the gods, is tricked into sending his downtrodden brother Hades (Ralph Fiennes) to Earth to make the mortals fearful of the gods’ power – never reckoning on the intervention of demi-god Perseus (Sam Worthington) as he fights to save Andromeda (Alexa Davalos), princess of Argos.
This sword was used by Perseus on his adventures through ancient Greece, ultimately losing it in his battle with Calibos (Jason Flemyng). Made of hard rubber, the sword handle is marked with intricate swirling wave patterning running from the horseshoe guard to the stip, with the design replicated on both sides. Conical protrusions come out of the guard with rings around the grip. The weapon has been finished in faux-bronze paint with verdigris applied in the recesses. A blue ring has been painted around the grip for an unknown use on the production.

The sword remains in good production-used condition with some scuffs and scratches to the blade through use.
