A hero bow used in the production of the 2010 reboot of Clash of the Titans. Zeus (Liam Neeson), king of the gods, is tricked into sending his downtrodden brother Hades (Ralph Fiennes) to Earth to make the mortals fearful of the gods’ power – never reckoning on the intervention of demi-god Perseus (Sam Worthington) as he fights to save Andromeda (Alexa Davalos), princess of Argos.
This bow was used by the monstrous gorgon Medusa (Natalia Vodianova) as she hunted Perseus and his band of heroes. Made of wood, the bow has a rubber skin covered in ornate snakeskin detailing, with snake heads at both tips of the bow. Small winding snakes wrap around the grip of the bow and beneath the tips to add to the snake theme. The weapon has been finished in faux-bronze paint with various highlights to give it a polished metallic look. A high tension bowstring is still attached.

The bow remains in very good production-used condition with some minor scuffs and scratches to the bow and paint finish through use.
