An impressive Minotaur creature mask was from the 2008 fantasy film The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. The Minotaur’s are bull-like creatures that stand upright on two legs and are part of the army that assists the Pevensie siblings in the film.
The mask has been engineered to sit on top of the actor's head, enabling them to see out of the mouth, while giving a larger stature to the creatures. It is comprised of a plastic under-structure with an integrated skullcap that fits tightly onto the head of the performer. The facial skin is foam latex with hand punched hair detail that blends into faux fair surrounding the rest of the head. The horns are cast in a dense foam and feature scars from battle. The glass eyes and cast resin teeth have been expertly finished to make the character appear to be living and breathing.

This piece features some slight wear to the face from on-set use. Included is a custom made black flocked head stand, with a large black resin base and clear acrylic rod. This item remains in excellent condition!
