A CHP motorcycle helmet from Rick Rosner's CHiPs. California Highway Police officers Francis Llewellyn "Ponch" Poncherello (Erik Estrada), Jonathan "Jon" Andrew Baker (Larry Wilcox), and Gene Fritz (Lew Saunders), as well as their fellow patrolmen, wore standard-issue motorcycle helmets throughout the series.

This Bell Toptex helmet features a fiberglass outer shell painted gold-color, black, and blue and applied with a "California Highway Patrol" emblem front; a black vinyl visor with a gold-color rank band labeled "Eureka, California" on both ends; a black urethane foam liner (size L) on the interior affixed with two nylon straps; and black vinyl mesh padding. The interior exhibits tape residue from previous labeling and grime around the edges, and the exterior minor scuffs and scratches from production wear.
