A Wonka Bar packing box from the production of Tim Burton’s 2005 fantasy adventure Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, adapted from the Roald Dahl novel of the same name.

Charlie Bucket (Freddie Highmore) and his Grandpa Joe (David Kelly) join a small group of contest winners who get to tour the magical and mysterious factory of eccentric candy maker Willy Wonka (Johnny Depp). Aided by his diminutive Oompa Loompa workers (Deep Roy), Wonka has a hidden motivation for the tour, one that he will reveal only after the children in the group show their true colours.

This packing box and others like it were made for the production and can be seen in various shops and factories after the competition to find the golden ticket is announced. The box has the four different coloured Wonka bar designs on each side with “15 x 150g Milk Chocolate Bars” printed in each corner.

The box has some wear from production use and age, including scuffing, scratching and minor tearing, most notably around the edges and corners. It remains in an otherwise fair condition.
