Oversized Oompa-Loompa Oar Blade Crew Gift

An oversized, close-up version of the Oompa-Loompa's oar blade from Tim Burton’s 2005 movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

This section of an oar was given as a gift to certain members of the crew that worked on the film. This oar and others like it were used by the Oompa-Loompa's on the pink seahorse-shaped boat as they travel down the chocolate river rapids before arriving at the Inventing Room within the Wonka factory. Made of cast metal, this large oar section features an engraving of the film's title artwork on the inside of the 'blade' and part of an aluminium pole which would have been inserted into a longer pole.

The oar features signs of wear, including minor scratches and several marks to both sides of the blade. However, the oar remains in very good condition and is a fantastic piece from the Tim Burton production.
