An annotated script from the production of Sir Richard Attenborough’s 1992 biopic Chaplin.
Originating from the Attenborough estate, this shooting script – dated ‘2 October 1991’ and credited to William Boyd and script consultant William Goldman – is 123 pages long, including the title page. It is held together with three metal butterfly fasteners. It has a couple of short annotations in black ink and a post-it note stuck to page 42 which reads ‘1917/8’. The script has some wear from production use and age, including some creasing, curled corners and rust around the metal fasteners, but it remains in an otherwise excellent condition.
Materials: Paper, Ferrous Metals.
