Catherine Deane's (Jennifer Lopez) mind-link costume from Tarsem Singh's The Cell. Dr. Deane tried experimental therapy with comatose patients by entering patient's minds in virtual reality, including the comatose serial killer Carl Stargher (Vincent D'Onofrio), whose last victim remained missing. Deane wore her musculature-like bodysuit in the research facility as she was connected to Stargher.

Designed by Academy Award®-winner Eiko Ishioka, this full-body suit is made of red foam rubber latex over a stretch fabric with a zip-closure on the back. Ishioka is known to use red in costuming, both as being a "difficult" color to work with, but also for the symbolism it evokes. This suit features "A" labeled on the interior, production-made holes on the sides for a harness, a resin port-like attachment where the suit connected to the virtual reality device, and boots labeled "Catherine." The costume is accompanied by a Vince Vaughn-autographed 11" x 9" (28 cm x 23 cm) one sheet poster, and 10 additional promotional stills. This costume exhibits discoloration due to age, and foam fragility that should be handled with care.
