Chuck Noland's (Tom Hanks) makeshift ice skate saw from Robert Zemeckis' drama Cast Away. After being stranded on an uninhabited island, Noland used his makeshift saw as part of his tools for survival.

This lot consists of one makeshift saw. It features a piece of resin painted to resemble driftwood and a twine-wrapped handle. It exhibits intentional distressing by production to give it an aged and grimy appearance. The blade of the skate was dulled by production. This skate exhibits notable white paint marks and some fraying of the twine from production. Dimensions: 18" x 10.5" x 3.5" (45.75 cm x 26.75 cm x 9 cm)
