Sam "Ace" Rothstein's (Robert De Niro) sunglasses from Martin Scorsese's Casino. Rothstein wore his sunglasses while he met with Nicky Santoro (Joe Pesci) in the desert, away from the prying eyes and ears in Las Vegas. After being filmed in this scene, the lot was returned to the visual effects company Matte World Digital for use in creating the shot of a car reflected in Ace's sunglasses as it passed by.

The eighth collaboration between Scorsese and De Niro, the film was nominated for one Academy Award® and two Golden Globes®, winning one.

Originating from a crew member, this lot consists of one pair of Goliath sunglasses featuring matte black plastic frames and large, square, dark-tinted lenses; and a leather Roberts Beverly Hills glasses case. The glasses exhibit minor signs of wear from use and age, including minor scratches.
