This is Evan's (Ashton Kutcher) costume from the 2004 supernatural drama The Butterfly Effect. Evan can be seen wearing this outfit in the beginning of the film and once again towards the end as his life's path alters and he awakes as a patient at the Sunnyvale Institute. The costume consists of a baby blue robe with the Sunnyvale Institute insignia across the left breast, white Hanes t-shirt (size L,) gray stripped pajama pants, gray pair of socks and a pair of Sand & Sun navy blue slip on sneakers (size 12.) Best of all, the costume comes with a Letter of Authenticity from New Line Cinema. This entire outfit displays light production wear but overall remains in excellent condition.
