Freddie Mercury's (Rami Malek) diagnosis leather jacket from Bryan Singer and Dexter Fletcher's rock biopic Bohemian Rhapsody. Freddie wore his jacket to his doctor's appointment, where he was diagnosed with AIDS.

The jacket is made of brown leather with a cream faux-fur lining. An attached tag reads "EMBARGO Bohemian Rhapsody Character Freddie Mercury Name Rami Malek Scene 140-142 Change 56 brown leather and shearing [sic] jkt Angels #62842". There are some tears in the lining of the pockets, but the garment otherwise remains in very good condition.
