Luv's (Sylvia Hoeks) hero blaster from BLADE RUNNER 2049. Luv, a Nexus-9 model replicant who was initially gifted to the LAPD by Niander Wallace (Jared Leto) to serve as a blade runner and set the standard for Nexus-9 performance, eventually became Wallace's personal assistant. Blasters of different variations were a common weapon of choice for protagonists and antagonists throughout the film. Luv was seen using her blaster in the scene with the Rachael clone (Loren Peta) at Wallace headquarters and in the final battle scene with Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) and Officer K (Ryan Gosling).
This lot features one light-up blaster with two barrels composed of metal, plastic, and mixed materials in black, silver-color, and gray finishes and an ergonomic grip. The blaster features electronic capabilities. A small microswitch at the back rear of the gun activates an LED light in the side of the frame and the electronic recoil mechanism, where an internal component slides back and forth within the barrels with the trigger is pulled. A rechargeable battery is contained within the grip.
According to production wrap documents, this is one of three hero Luv blasters that were created for the film.
It includes one battery charging dock with four batteries and one electrical wire and the lot remains overall in very good condition.
