Officer K's (Ryan Gosling) LAPD closed light-up emanator from BLADE RUNNER 2049. Blade runners, including Officer K, worked for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) to decommission rogue replicants-bioengineered humanoid servants that broke free of their human masters-and retire them. Emanators allowed replicant Joi (Ana de Armas) to physically materialize outside Officer K's apartment and interact with the outside world.
This lot includes one closed light-up emanator made from matte black plastic in a long squared off tube with beveled edges along their entire length. At one end, a round light ring lies embedded in the device and "joi" and a small numeric figure appear carved into the plastic.
According to production wrap documents, this is one of two closed light-up emanators that was created for the film.
It remains overall in very good condition.
