A light-up street umbrella from Ridley Scott's Blade Runner. People carried umbrellas with fluorescent shafts as they walked through the rain-soaked city, including replicant Zhora (Joanna Cassidy), who used it as cover while she fled from Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford).
This umbrella features a green nylon canopy with a fluorescent tube encased in acrylic and a green enamel-and-resin handle. A black rubber cable is attached to the handle and plugs into a 12V power adapter. Also included is a display base which is painted black and features an acrylic plaque of the film's title. The umbrella lights up when connected to its power source and turned on. This lot has undergone sympathetic restoration to reattach the wiring. It exhibits chipped paint, scuffs, and adhesive residue. Dimensions: 51.5" x 41.25" x 41.25" (131 cm x 105 cm x 105 cm)
