Blade’s (Wesley Snipes) serum injector and strap from Guillermo del Toro’s 2002 action-horror sequel, Blade II.

Blade (Wesley Snipes) forms an uneasy alliance with a group of vampires when a new breed of vampire, led by Nomak (Luke Goss), threatens both vampires and humans alike.

This prop and others like it were made for the production and used in the scene when Blade injects himself with his anti-vampire serum before being interrupted by Nyssa (Leonor Varela). The strap is used as a tourniquet.

Made of metal, in the film it is attached to a tube to help the injection, with the serum injected by depressing the lever. The strap is made of elastic to fit comfortably around Snipes' arm. There is some minor wear from production use, including a few scratches and scuffs, but despite that the piece remains in an otherwise excellent condition.
