Larry Sellers' (Jesse Flanagan) screen-matched handwritten homework from Joel and Ethan Coen's The Big Lebowski. Walter Sobchak (John Goodman) confronted Sellers with the homework he left in The Dude's (Jeff Bridges) car after allegedly robbing it. Distinctive flourishes in the handwriting on this homework screen-match to close-up inserts in the film.

This lot consists of an essay titled "The Louisiana Purchase" and authored by "Larry Sellers" handwritten in black ink with a "D" grade and various corrections made in red ink on hole-punched and lined U.S. letter-size paper. The paper exhibits intentional distressing by production to appear damaged with liquid stains and burns along the edges. Dimensions: 21.75 cm x 28 cm (8.5" x 11")
