The Dude's (Jeff Bridges) light-up answering machine from Joel and Ethan Coen's mystery comedy The Big Lebowski. The Dude received messages on his vintage answering machine throughout the film, including when Maude Lebowski (Julianne Moore) called him during an inspection by the LAPD.

This lot consists of a wood-paneled Panasonic Easa-Phone automatic telephone answering system with steel and chrome-color plastic buttons and lightbulbs inset labeled "Powering" and "Calls." The lights illuminate red when plugged in via ethernet wiring to a control switch box labeled "Powered," "Blink," and "Steady." The system exhibits some scratching from production use, and its full functionality remains untested. Dimensions: 12" x 8.5" x 3" (30.5 cm x 21.75 cm x 7.75 cm)
