The Dude's (Jeff Bridges) cardigan from Joel and Ethan Coen's The Big Lebowski. The Dude wore his signature cardigan when Maude Lebowski (Julianne Moore) disrobed in his apartment and when he tripped over board he had nailed down earlier to thwart Jackie Treehorn's (Ben Gazzara) henchmen.

Though not a major hit in its original release, The Big Lebowski has since become the epitome of a cult classic with regular repertory screenings and themed events around the globe. Diehard fans of the film known as "Achievers" regularly appeared in The Dude's signature cardigan costume, an emblem of the film's one-of-a-kind slacker vibe. These costume pieces have come to epitomize who the Dude is: his philosophy has been called "radical ease," and that philosophy and low ambition is personified in his choice of attire.

While Bridges also wore his own personal cardigan onscreen, production rented matching duplicates, including this one, for filming.

Originating from costume rental house Roxy, this woolen zip-front cardigan is knit throughout with geometric patterns. It exhibits minor fraying along the sleeves from production wear.
