A background gorilla costume from Ted Post's Beneath the Planet of the Apes. Astronaut (James Franciscus) encountered groups of super intelligent ape soldiers after he landed on a version of Earth from far in the future.

This lot consists of a purple cotton long-sleeve, button-down shirt hand-marked "36"; a black leather vest with painted purple striping; one pair of purple cotton Western Costume drawstring pants labeled "M"; and one pair of green cotton and black leather gloves with purple painted stripes. This lot exhibits discoloration and faded labels.
