An ape pistol from Ted Post's Beneath the Planet of the Apes. Ape soldiers, such as General Ursus (James Gregory), carried crudely-made pistols in addition to the more-common rifles.

This pistol, vaguely in the shape of a snub-nosed revolver, is made of black resin painted in various shades of brown to resemble wood. It exhibits paint flaking throughout, revealing the black resin underneath. Dimensions: 7.5" x 6.5" x 2" (19.25 cm x 16.75 cm x 5.25 cm)
