35 blueprints for the Maitland house and other key sets, as well as a hand-drawn blueprint for a park set from the production of Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. Married couple Adam (Alec Baldwin) and Barbara Maitland (Geena Davis) found themselves dead after a car accident and discovered their home now owned by the Deetz family, forcing them to pursue all means necessary to remove the Deetzes, including seeking help from bio-exorcist Beetlegeuse (Michael Keaton).

This lot consists of 35 printed blueprint designs for the exterior of the Maitland house and signs throughout the surrounding town, as well as one hand-drawn blueprint marked "Approx. Plan For Park" rendered in graphite. These blueprints were created by production designer Bo Welch and set designer John Warnke dated February 9 and December 17, 1987. These blueprints exhibit tears on the corners and discoloration. Dimensions: (largest) 30" x 42" (76.25 cm x 106.75 cm)
