Three transforming fireplace stop-motion model miniatures from Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton) prepared to marry Lydia (Winona Ryder) by summoning a frightful minister from the fireplace after he saved the Maitlands. The sequence was created with a combination of live-action and stop-motion animation.

This set comes from the collection of Doug Beswick, an effects artist well-known for his stop-motion animation and creature effects work. It consists of three angular foam fireplace frame miniatures painted in shades of gray and teal with wood tabs and metal tubes inset in the back. They are molded in increasing size and hand-marked "2," "14," and "26" in red marker. This lot exhibits discoloration, notable adhesive residue, and notable paint marks. Dimensions: 9.25" x 8.25" x 2" (23.5 cm x 21 cm x 5 cm)
